General Abatement Request

This form is used by customers seeking a general abatement for a one time event like a pool fill up or meter leak.

Customers seeking to enter a 2nd meter reading for an outdoor water use abatement  should file a 2nd Meter Abatement.

General Abatements must be requested within 60 days of the issuance of a sewer bill.

Your request may be subject to an administrative fee if information provided requires extensive research and calculations by Commission staff.
