Account Closeout - Final Bill

Closeouts and account breakdowns will only be supplied to the property owner or owners agent.

Please specify if you are requesting a usage closeout, a betterment closeout, or both.

Usage Closeouts

All usage closeouts require a final water reading from the Lancaster Water Department.  You can submit the final water reading through this online form or email seperately to clerk@LSDC-MA.com  

Betterment Closeout

Betterment closeouts are paid at the Town of Lancaster Collector's office.

The LSDC provides one free betterment closeout statement and account summary per year to customers upon request. Additional closeouts may be subject to an administrative fee.
